What type of clients does HWM serve?
HWM offers its investment services to various types of clients, including individuals and high-net-worth individuals, retirees, trusts, estates, pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable organizations, corporations, and other legal entities.
Is there a minimum amount required in order to open and/or maintain an account with HWM?
HWM does not require its clients to maintain a minimum amount of assets as a condition to opening or maintaining an investment advisory relationship with the firm. However, the size of the account (assets under management) may be used to determine the investment advisory fees.
How does compensation for investment advisory services work?
Compensation for investment advisory services is calculated in accordance with the terms of the investment advisory services agreement. HWM does not charge fees prior to investment advisory services. HWM's investment advisory fees are based upon the client's assets under management, are assessed on a quarterly basis, and generally follow a fee schedule.
